O R D E R

 

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   As per order dated 27.09.2021 contained in letter No.1578, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

 2.               Learned counsel for the applicants-complainants has filed miscellaneous application bearing No.276 of 2021 under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint No.375 of 2019 from this Hon’ble Bench.

3.                Heard on the above said application. Keeping in view of the contents of the applications and the contentions raised by learned counsel for the applicant-complainants present miscellaneous application bearing No. 276 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed off accordingly.

4.                Today, learned counsel for the complainants has also suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled down between the parties as per compromise dated 23.09.2021 (Annexure C-14). His statement in this regard recorded separately.

5.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainants, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records.
