5.12.2024 Present: Sh. R.K. Jain Adv counsel for complainant with complainant.
Sh. Rahul Gupta Adv counsel for O.Ps.
Sh. Vinod Kumar, General Manager, Legal, authorized officer of DLF Homes Pvt Ltd, Panchkula on behalf of opposite parties has suffered the statement that we have entered into settlement with the complainants in this case. He further stated that I produce the original settlement deed dated 05.12.2024 marked as R-X (3 pages) duly signed by me and complainants and attested by Sh. Rahul Gupta Advocate and Sh. Inder Paul Garg Advocate Barnala as witnesses which contains the terms and conditions of the settlement and the opposite parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement deed.
On the other hand, Dr.Mrs. Tanu Garg D/o Sh.M.C.Garg now wife of Dr. Rajesh Garg S/o Krishan Garg R/o C/o Patiala Diagnostic Centre & Eye Clinic, K.C Road. Barnala complainant in person for herself alongwith complainant No.1 has suffered the statement that I have heard the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar on behalf of the opposite parties and the same is correct, we shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement deed referred above and the complaint may be disposed of in terms of settlement deed.
The parties have entered into compromise and the parties have suffered their statements accordingly. So, in view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is disposed of in terms of settlement deed i.e. Marked as R-X (3 pages). However, the parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
