                   There is a delay of 88 days in filing of this appeal and to condone the same; an application (M.A. No. 188 of 2024) has been filed, which is supported by an affidavit. Application stands allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and delay of 88 days in filing of this appeal stands condoned. Accordingly, application stands disposed off.

                   Learned counsel for appellant has pointed out that: appeal No. F.A. No. 76 of 2024 so filed by DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. against same impugned order dated 10.11.2023 is already sub-judice before Hon’ble Principal Bench of this Commission, which is adjourned to 30.09.2024 and notice therein has already been issued to appellant of present appeal (F.A. No.463 of 2024) and he (appellant) has put in appearance in that appeal (F.A. No.76 of 2024). This being so, Registry of this Commission is directed to place file of this appeal (F.A. No.463 of 2024) before Hon’ble Principal Bench of this Commission for appropriate orders.   

                   Since, legality of impugned order dated 10.11.2023 has already been questioned in First Appeal No.76 of 2024 and Hon’ble Principal Bench issued notice to Anil Kumar Gupta-appellant herein, who has already put in appearance in that appeal, therefore, notice in this appeal (F.A. No.463 of 2024) is issued to DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. (respondent No.1 & 2) through registered post returnable for 30.09.2024.
