Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor No.1 has placed on record copy of the order dated January 25th, 2018 passed by Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. The operative part of the order is reproduced as under:
“Since a correct copy of the order dated 24.11.2017 has now been uploaded on the website, IA No.20420 of 2017 is dismissed as having become infructuous. The concerned official who had uploaded a wrong order shall exercise proper care in future, while uploading such orders. The first appeal already stands dismissed, as the matter has been settled between the parties.”
2. Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor No.1 has urged that compliance of the order dated March 28th, 2017 passed by this Commission has already been made.
3. In view of above, the execution application is disposed of being infructuous.
