ORDER

                    Photocopy of the settlement deed (Ann. Z) has been filed by the complainant. Sh. Chaman Lal Bansal, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “In view of the settlement deed (Annexure Z) I do not press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if the OP fails to honour the terms and conditions of the settlement deed”.

                        In view of the settlement deed, it is ordered that OP shall pay the amount mentioned in the settlement deed (Ann. Z) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, failing which the OP shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
