ORDER

     The complainants already filed miscellaneous application No.57 of 2024 for withdrawal of the consumer complaint in view of the compromise deed dated 11.06.2024 Annexure A-1.

     Vide their separate joint statement recorded on 09.07.2024, Mrs.Pooja Sharma, Complainant No.1 in person; Sh.Gurjeet Singh Randhawa, Complainant No.2 in person and Sh.Arshnoor Singh Aulakh, Complainant No.3 in person, have stated that that the parties have settled the matter as per settlement deed dated 11.06.2024 Annexure A-1 and in view of the settlement deed dated 11.06.2024, they do not press the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being settled and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. The miscellaneous application No.57 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
