  1. Counsel for the complainants states that the matter has since been settled amicably and under these circumstances, the complainants may be permitted to withdraw the complaint.
  2. Counsel appearing for the opposite parties No.1 and 2 as well as proxy counsel for opposite parties No.4 and 5 states that they have no objection, if the complainants are allowed to withdraw the complaint.
  3. In view of the above, the complaint is hereby disposed of as having been withdrawn.
  4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
