ORDER

     Case file taken up today in National Lok Adalat in view of the order dated 04.05.2022 passed in miscellaneous application No.50 of 2022 filed on behalf of complainant for preponement and withdrawal of the present consumer complaint. Per averments made in the miscellaneous application, the matter has been compromised between the parties and copy of settlement deed dated 06.04.2022 has been filed. In view of the request made in the miscellaneous application, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, having been compromised. The miscellaneous application No.50 of 2022 stands disposed off accordingly.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
