When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the complainant has filed a Withdrawal Memo in which, it has been stated that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Commission and thus seeking permission to withdraw this Consumer Complaint.

In view of the Memo, the complainant is permitted to withdraw this Consumer Complaint.
