                    Mr. Gaurav Chhiber, Advocate has appeared and placed on record the authorization letter vide which he was authorized to appear on behalf of complainant by Mr. Davesh Vashishtha, counsel for the complainant.

2.                He made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter is settled between the parties. He also placed on record the settlement deed (Annexure C-1). His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                Present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the statement made by Mr. Gaurav Chhiber, Advocate. File be consigned to the records.
