Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled wherein complainant requested to direct the OP to record the change usage from commercial to domestic w.e.f. October, 2014 and accordingly issue bill by giving benefit of the scheme for which OP has also given his NOC and ready to do it within 10 days from today. The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
