Counsel for OPs gave statement that this loan was closed in March, 2022. He has produced copy of Account Closure Statement persual of the documents show that the matter has been settled and the account of the complainant has been closed. Nothing remains due. The complainant has not come present. Since the matter has been settled, there is no need to substitute the OP as per application. Accordingly, application is disposed of. The Complaint has become infructuous. The same is dismissed having become infructuous. File be consigned to the record room.
