Party filed compromise and submitted that Revision Petition may be disposed of in the light of compromise. As per the compromise, Rs. 1 lakh has already been received by respondent from the petitioner and now, none of the parties have any grievance in the complaint. In such circumstances, in the light of the compromise, impugned order dated 07.03.2008 passed by learned State Commission in appeal no. 898/2007 is modified and complaint stands disposed of as Rs. 1 lakh has already been paid by the petitioner to the respondent. Any strictures or observations made by learned State Commission against the petitioner pertaining to deficiency on the part of the petitioner shall stand deleted from the order.
