                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheet we found that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant for the last 2-3 hearings.  In the absence of the complainant there is no justification to keep pending this complaint.   The complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
