                   Shri R. K. Verma, Adv. for the OP No. 2 and 3.

                   OP No. 1 already exparte.

          Ld. counsel for the OP No. 2 & 3 has stated that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise OP No. 2 and 3 will pay Rs.6000/- in lump sum to the complainant within 45 days from today and the complainant will hand over the mobile set with its accessories to the service center of OP No.2 & 3.  Complainant has also made a Statement that he withdraw his complaint in view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the OP No. 2 & 3.  Heard.  In view of the statement made by the counsel for the OP No. 2 & 3 and of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  The OP No.2 and 3 are directed to make the payment of Rs.6000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today and the complainant is directed to hand over the mobile set with accessories to the service center of the OP No. 2 and 3.  Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to record room.
