                                                     ORDER

SRI.S.GOPAKUMAR : PRESIDENT

   The case of the complaint  in brief  is that:

               The  complainant purchased a cow  for an amount of Rs.54,000/- on 20/2/2016 and duly registered  with 1^st opposite party through 2^nd opposite party.  From 15/5/2016 onwards the cow showed some difficulties in drinking and eating and  immediately the complainant informed the matter to the  Veterinary doctor and the Veterinary doctor after thorough check up given some medicines and injection.  Unfortunately the cow died on 18/5/2016.  Thereafter the complainant  filed insurance claim through 3^rd opposite party but the 1^st opposite party , insurance company not honored the claim on  lame excuse.  Against the said act of the opposite parties complainant approached  the Forum and filed the  complaint.

         On notice 1^st opposite party entered appearance and the matter settled between the 1^st opposite party and the complainant.  As a result  complainant and 1^st opposite party filed  compromise petition  agreeing that 1^st opposite party, the insurance company agreed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- within 60 days from the date of  award in full satisfaction of the claim without  interest or cost, and the complainant  accepted this offers  in full satisfaction of his claim.

    Hence in the  light of above  compromise  entered between  the 1^st opposite party and the complainant, the  complaint allowed accordingly.  The 1^st opposite party  is directed to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- to the complainant within 60 days from the date of receipt of  copy of this order.
