Adv.Shri.S.V.Sonar is present for the applicant.  Applicant Shri.Mohd.Ahmed Mohd.Yasin is also present in person. Adv.Shri.R.P.Mugdiya is present for the non-applicant Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd. Both the parties submitted purshis before this Commission today.  They have arrived at settlement outside of this Commission. Amount of Rs.8,28,000/- is deposited by Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd. in appeal No.59/2011 in this Commission. It is agreed by both the parties that out of said amount , amount of Rs.69,950/- be paid to Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd. and balance amount be paid to the applicant Mohd. Ahmed Mohd. Yasin.  Both the parties admitted the contents of the aforesaid purshis filed by them jointly.  The said purshis is accepted.  Therefore out of Rs.8,28,000/- deposited by Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd in this Commission, Rs.69,950/- be refunded to said Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. and balance amount be paid to applicant Mohd.Ahmed Mohd.Yasin as per aforesaid purshis filed by both the parties.  Application is accordingly disposed of.
