The case record is put up today as the complainant filed a memo with his signature after duly identified by the learned advocate. The complainant is also present who admits the contents of the memo in the Commission. He does not want to proceed with the case as the OPs agreed to issue NOC within seven days. In view of such memo, the case is disposed off accordingly.
