The Complainant is absent . On perusal of the record it shows that the complainant after admission of the case on 22/08/2015 did not submit the postal receipts regarding the notice which is supposed to be sent to thies op . since more than three years time was given by forum to take step in the case , but he did not comply the order of the forum . It seems that the complainant has lost interest in the case . Hence this case is beging dismissed for default .
