O.P. files an A/c Payee Cheque amounting to Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand) only, bearing No.833192, dated 22.12.2017, of HDFC Bank in the name of Asha Pramanik (one of the complainant).

Let the cheque be kept in the safe custody.

Another petition is filed by the complainant, praying for withdrawal of the same cheque lying in the name of Asha Pramanik.

Heard, considered prayer is allowed. Let the cheque be handed over to the complainant, Asha Pramanik on proper receipt and identification and obtaining No Objection Certification from the petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 i.e. Gopi Ranjan Pramanik and Jhumur Pramanik respectively.

Let a Xerox copy of the cheque-in-question be kept with the record for future reference.

Thus the case is disposed of on full satisfaction.
