ORDER

 

 

            The complainant has filled up form No.29 & 30 and thereafter it was delivered to the learned counsel for the OP. The format of the affidavit was supplied by learned counsel for OP and thereafter, the complainant swear the affidavit and handed over to the counsel for the OP.

            The learned counsel for OP handed over the cheque of Rs.35,950/- dated 5.5.2011 bearing No.822001 favouring the complainant drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. Chandigarh. The learned counsel for the complainant also made a statement on the complaint itself that the complaint may be dismissed as fully satisfied as he received cheque of Rs.35,950/-. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied.  The photocopy of the cheque retained on the court file.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
