Both the parties are present a compromise petition also filed through their advocates with signature. Heard. Advocate for opposite party is agreed to pay of Rs 3,65,000/-(Rupees three lakhs sixty five thousand) only to the complainant and the complainant also agree to receive the same amount in terms of the compromise petition signed by both the parties.

In view of afore said observation and gone through the case record, we determined that the new India Assurance Co Ltd. Jajpur Road(O.P) will pay the amount of Rs 3,65,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty five thousand) only to the complainant within one month from receipt of this order, failing which the complainant shall be entitled to recover the entire amount with simple interest @6% P.A from the date of order till full and final realisation of the amount. Hence the case is disposed of accordingly.
