The opposite party insurance company agreed to pay Rs.105000/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which the complainant is at liberty to recover the said amount of Rs.105000/- along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of petition till realization from the opposite party and its assets . Issue free copy to both sides.
