From the perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is regularly absent since 21.03.2023 and despite granting several oppotunities on 21.03.2023, 19.04.2023, 16.05.2023, 09.06.2023 and even today complainant is absent. Hence it appears that the complainant has lost his interest in  persuing this complaint.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
