The complaint is partly allowed. The OP is 
directed to pay the amount as per 
Ex.D1 Rs.3091 with interest thereon 2PERCENT pa 
from 1 12  1991 to the date of payment
In addition the complainant is entitled 
to a cost of Rs.300.
the above amounts shall be paid by the 
OP to teh complainant wihtin one months from 
the date of receipt of this order
