The case is placed before this UpbhoktaLokAdalat held on 25/02/2023 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

Three petitioners are present and duly identified by Advocate on record Shri Joy Gopal Das. The OP/Insurance Company is represented by Ld. Advocate Arup Karmakar advocate under letter of authority which is kept with the record.

                Heard both sides. The petitionerDhiraj Sharma has attained majority and the Aadhaar Card is submitted to this effect.That is also kept with the record. The claim is amicably settled at Rs. 15,00,000/-(Fifteen Lakh only) as it is evident from the letter concerned of the United India Ins. Co. duly signed by Divisional Manager,ArkaChattpadhyay.

                                                that the Case No. CC/30/2020 be and the same is disposed of finally with full satisfaction through mutual understanding.

                The Insurance Company is directed to issue cheques in favour of each of the petitioners @ Rs. 5,00,000/-(Five lakh only) within one months from this date of disposal.
