ORDER

Order dt.24/10/2007 The complaint is partly allowed. The O.P.No.1 is directed to pay Rs.11,82,309.76 with 10% interest p.a. from 3 months after the date of incident till its realisation with Rs.2000/- as compensation and Rs.2000/- as cost of the proceedings with in 60 days from the date of receipt of this order.
