ORDER

Per Mr. P.N. Kashalkar, Hon’ble Judicial Member :

The revision was carried by Mr. Maruti Chavan to the National Commission and while disposing the Revision Petition No. 4223/2007, National Commission held that there is no substance in the Revision Petition and order passed by the Fora below was confirmed. However, the respondent Insurance Company has been directed not to recover the sum of `19,048/- already paid to the petitioner.

This appeal is wrongly put on Board. Appeal is already disposed of by this Commission.
