Complainant is absent.  None present on her behalf to press the matter.

            Perused the record.  This Misc. petition  has been filed u/s- 13 clause-5 of Consumer Protection Act and order 9 rule-4 and 151 of CPC with prayer to restore the original case 75/2007 in its original position. Order-9 rule-4 and section 151 of CPC are not applicable in case of Consumer Protection Act-1986.

          In the case of Rajeev  Hitendra Pathak and others  V/s  Achut Kashi Nath Karekar  and another, civil appeal No.- 4307/2007   decided on dated 19-08-2011, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has observed that this forum has no power to review/restore its own order.

In the circumstances this Misc. Petition is dismissed.
