Petition filed by the complainant. Copy served. The amendment petition, let the same be register and treated as M.A being No. 4. The petition is taken up for hearing in presence of Ld. Advocate of both the sides.   Complainant files a petition with a prayer to amend the contend of the petition of complaint as per schedule of the amendment petition dated 23/02/2022. Perused the petition for both sides. Considered.

On a close perusal of the schedule of the proposed amendment. It appears that the same is formal one and if the same be allowed it would not change the nature and character of the case. Moreover, Ld. Advocate for the O.P which present at the time of the hearing raised no objection in respect of allowing the prayer for amendment as short for by the ld. Advocate for the complainant. Hence, let the prosed amendment as short for by the complainant is considered and allowed.

                          that the M.A being No. 4 is thus disposed of. On contest without any cost.

The complainant is directed to file the amendment petition on the complaint within the statutory period.
