               Complainant files hazira.

               The Ops. file a petition praying for passing necessary order in respected of the petition filed by the Ops. on 26/03/2013. The said petition is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides.

               In the petition dated 26/03/2013 the Ops. prayed for direction upon the complainant to file documents relating to his claim for the purpose of submission of written objection by the Op. It has been specifically contended in the present petition that the complainant did not file his claim by filing claim application in prescribed form. Ld. Lawyer for the Ops. submitted before this Forum that the question of repudiation of the claim of the complainant did not arise for non submission of claim in prescribed form under the above circumstances, we dispose of the present case with direction to the Ops. to supply necessary claim form to the complainant within one week hence and thereafter the complainant shall file his claim before the Op. as per the duly filled in application in prescribed form with all necessary documents and thereafter the Ops. shall dispose of the claim of the complainant by reasoned order within these  weeks form the date of receipt of such application.

              Parties be supplied the  copies of this order free of cost.
