D.Hr. is absent. None present on her  behalf.

A petition has been filed on behalf of J/Dr. with prayer to close the Ex. Case as he has paid  the decreetal amount to the D/Hr with her satisfaction. A certificate has been mentioned  in the petition that neither D/Hr. nor her  advocate is available,  so copy is  attached.

Heard the learned lawyer for the J/Dr and  Perused the record. On perusal of the  record it transpires that on 7-08-2018,   D.Hr. Sangita Devi has received cheque No. 040645 dated                30-07-2018 of Rs. 9,09698/- with her full satisfaction  and endorsement of above effect has been mentioned  by her  in the margin of the order sheet on 07-08-2018. So, it appears that D/Hr. (complainant ) has lost her interest  in this Ex. Case accordingly this Ex. Case is  disposed of with full satisfaction of the D.Hr.  of the awarded amount.
