Learned Advocate for the D.H. is present.

On behalf of the D.H., his engaged Advocate files an application for withdrawing the amount of Rs.85,000/- which had been deposited by cheque by the J.D. National Insurance Company on 11/12/2018 complying the judgment passed in case No. C.C.-71/2017 for which the instant execution case had been drawn up.

The Dealing Assistant is directed to make payment of the amount Rs.85,000/- by cheque to the D.H. Sri Gouranga Debnath after observing all formalities subject to confirmation about getting the amount credited in the account of the President, District Forum, Agartala. 

Since the J.D. has satisfied the decreetal amount to the satisfaction of the D.H. we direct that the case be dropped. 

The instant execution case is accordingly dropped.
