Both parties file hajiras through their Ld. Lawyers. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant moved complainant’s petition filed on 26/12/2016. Perused the petition and the petition of complaint. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the both sides. No objection is raised by the side of the O.P. Considered. We find that the complainant has filed the petition seeking leave of this Forum to withdraw the case with liberty to file the case afresh due to some vital mistakes and omissions. We allow the prayer of the complainant. The complainant is permitted to withdraw the case  with liberty to file the case afresh if not barred as per provision of C.P.Act 1986.

The case stands disposed off accordingly.
