A petition has been filed on behalf of J./Dr.  of the effect that in compliance of the order of this forum he has paid the awarded amount to the D.Hr. with her satisfaction.  Lastly, it has been prayed that the Execution Case may be closed. Copy of the petition has not been served to the lawyer of D.Hr. a certificate has been written in the petition that the advocate of the D.Hr. is not present in the court since long, so his copy attached. Copy of the petition has been attached with petition.

None present on behalf of D.Hr. No Pairvi has been made on her behalf.

On perusal of the records it transpires  that  the J./D. has submitted a cheque no. 040666 on 16-08-2018 of Rs. 5,18,511/- and the D.Hr. has received the same on             24-8-2018 with full satisfaction and endorsement of the same has been metioned by D.Hr  in the margin of the order sheet. On  24-08-2018 and the same was identified by her counsel Since, D.Hr. has received the decreetal amount with her full satisfaction, so the Ex. Case is disposed of with full satisfaction of D.Hr.
