Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls whereas learned counsel          Smt. Anjali Gusain for respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 22.09.2022 has revealed that a court notice was issued to the appellant which was properly served, but inspite of the court notice, the appellant has not appeared before the Commission on the previous dates.

Today appellant has also not appeared alongwith her counsel. 

Hence, in such circumstances, there is no other option except to dismiss the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Impugned judgment is hereby confirmed. No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order. The copy of this order alongwith original file be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
