    This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to pay claim amount along with compensation   to the complainant.   

 

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of  Sri M. Ramakrishnaiah, Advocate, Mahabubnagar on behalf of the complainant and Sri K. Pratap Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for OP-1 and OP-2 being called absent and the matter having stood over for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:   

                                                                                                  O R D E R

           Counter of OP-1 not filed.  At this stage, counsel for the complainant filed a memo stating that in view of the amount deposited by OPs, the complainant is withdrawing the present complaint. The memo is accordingly recorded. In view of the memo filed, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The complainant is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount by way of filing of a separate cheque petition.

   Pronounced by us in the open Forum, on this the 9th day of April, 2013.
