          Advocate for the J.Dr. filed a petition to disburse the amount of Rs.50,000/- before the Commission, as per order dated 25.04.2007 of the Hon’ble State Commission. F.A. NO. 814 of 2006 has disposed of  but there is no specific order to refund the amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the J.Dr./Appellant. Accordingly the appellant of F.A. No. 814/2006, who is J.Dr in this case is directed to obtain specific order for refund of the amount.
