Complainant is present personally by filing hazira.

The case is fixed for admission hearing.

Heard the complainant.

Perused the petition of complaint along with relevant documents which are found to be incomplete in material particulars particularly letter dated: 14-09-2022 issued by the LIC Authority.

The complainant had a health Insurance policy with the O.P. No. being 448234626 with the date of Commencement on 28-07-2011 and the date of Expiry on 28-07-2029. Said policy was however lapsed w.e.f. 28-07-2020 and revived on 17-12-2020 after expiry of 90 days. The complainant lodged his claim of disbursement for his own eye operation on 30-05-2022 at Disha Eye Hospital, Durgapur. According to the terms and conditions of the policy the complainant is not entitled to get any claim for disbursement of his medical expenses amounting to Rs.18,681/- from the O.P. and this has been duly intimated by them to the complainant by the letter dated:14-09-2022.

Hence it is ordered…….

That the instant complaint is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed without cost.

Copy of this judgement be supplied to the parties free of cost.
