It is ascertained that the case is lingering since a long for hearing. Op has filed their Counter and certain documents, from which it is ascertained that they have already supplied the documents as sought by the complainant and complainant has not made any objection to those documents. It is also ascertained that since a long complainant is absent on calls and have not taken any steps. Hence we feel, complainant is satisfied with the documents being supplied by the Op as sought by him.

Keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, we decided to the close the case. Accordingly case is disposed of.
