Order No. 12, Dated: 12.02.2016

          Today is fixed for showing show cause by the Jdrs. and further order.  Both the contesting parties filed their respective haziras.  The Jdrs. have filed a petition   showing cause supported by affidavit stating that no correspondence was made with the Station Manager and accordingly on the last occasion no steps was taken by the Jdrs.  Cause shown is sufficient and the same is accepted.

The Dhrs. file a verified petition stating that the Jdrs. have complied with all the directions as made in the final order of C.C. Case No.17/2011 under execution by replacing the broken polls and as such the Dhrs. are not willing to proceed with this case and have prayed to dispose of the execution case on full satisfaction.   Copy served.  Heard both the sides.  Both the parties have admitted that the final order under execution has been fully satisfied. 

In the above premises we find nothing to continue this case further. Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the execution case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
