COMPLAINT IS allowed. The disputed bills at Ex.P.1 for Rs.10855 & Ex.P8 for Rs.3619 Dt.1.1.1994 are excessive and highly in-plated. The OP is directed to issue overage bills after taking into account all the local calls recorded for six months prior to the issue of the disputed bills.
D) Further OP is directed to refund the excess bills amount in dispute to the complainant after deducting the average bills with interest at 18% p.a. from 23.3.94 till refund of the excess bills in dispute within 2 months from  the date of order of this forum.
E) Further OP is directed to pay cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant.
