                                                              ORDER

 

           Both parties filed a joint memo stating that the matter is settled out of court.  As per the settlement the opposite party is agreed to refund the amount deposited by the complainants as per the insurance policy.

          Therefore, the complaint is allowed and the opposite party is  directed to refund  Rs.30,000/- to the complainants paid towards premium within one month from the date of receipt of copy of order.  Failing which the opposite party shall pay interest @12% per annum for the said amount  of Rs.30,000/- from the date of complaint till payment.
