                The Complainant in this case last appeared on 26.03.2021.  Thereafter he was absent on 05.05.2021, 10.08.2021, 08.03.2022 and 13.09.2022.  Today again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant.  The complaint was filed on 22.02.2021 and is still at the admission stage. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
