            Both the parties are present along with their conducting Ld. Advocates. The O.P ICICI Lombard Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd. paid the sum of Rs. 15, 00000/-(Fifteen Lacks only) to the complainant by issuing the cheque being No. 116949 dated 24/03/2023 of ICICI Bank.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

               Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition date filed by the Complainant for withdraw the cheque No. 116949 amounting to Rs. 15, 00000/-(Fifteen Lacks only) dated 24/03/2023 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the complainant on full satisfaction.

Let the present Consumer Case No. 27/2022 be dropped on full satisfaction.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
