Complaint is allowed.

The disputed bills dt.21.10.93and 1.12.93 are highly inflated and excessive . the op is directed to send the papers to the authority within two months from the date of this order for grant of the debate as per the rules and regulations adn guide lines stted in the circular dt.9.4.86.

The competent authority is directed to grant rebate to the complaint as per the rules, regulations and guidelines on the disputed bills dt.1.10.93 and 1.12.93within 2 months from the date of receipt of this order and refund excess bill amount.

Further OP is directed to pay cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant.
