Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

Perused the complaint. It appears that this case has been filed against District Sub-Registrar and Registrar Uttar Dinajpur as because they did not supply the complete deed in final form of registration though several attempts have been made by the complainant by getting the same and an Advocate’s letter and one application under RTI seeking some information were also given to the O.Ps. But the letter under RTI does not bear the consideration money of Rs.10/-as court fee for seeking information. To get the complete deed in final form of registration from the O.P under the State Government is not to be treated as consumer under the Consumer Protection Act i.e the complainant is not a consumer under the O.P.

Under the facts and circumstances, the case is not admitted and thus the case is disposed of.
