The petition for maintainability is taken up for hearing. Perused the complaint and petition of maintainability by the OP. Perused the report.

Considering provision of the Registration act of S 77 and 80A of the act and also considering the report as produced before this Commission by the D.S.R of dt. 29-11-2021, this Commission  will not interfere in to the administration of the State of the Department of Registration with regard to their assessment of value of the impugned property as well as opinion of calculations of stamp duty of the specific land or any document wanted to be executed by the parties.

So there no matter of deficiency in service or any unfair trade practice on behalf of the Registering authority as D.S.R which was raised by the party. Thus this complaint is not entertained by this Commission.

Follow the order of the department. Matter is thus disposed of.
