ORDER

Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering reply of Misc. application dated 13.04.2015 moved by Op No.3 for deleting its name  i.e. Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. on the premise that OP No.3 was not the insurer at the time of alleged death of late Sh. Mohinder Singh (husband of complainant) i.e. on 17.02.2010 but complainant counsel failed to tender reply of application inspite of availing two opportunities, whereas  on the other hand, Tarsem Kumar , Assistant O/o Distt.  Social Welfare Officer  has tendered  a statement before the Forum that complainant has not moved the claim case  under the ‘Rajiv Gandhi Yojna Bima Scheme’ to their office through Nodal Officer i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Barara so, no case is made out against them and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

Heard. In view of the statement tendered  by authorized representative of OPs No.2 & 3 as well as perusing the contentions of  Op No.3, we are of the confirmed view that no case is made out against the Ops and thus complaint is disposed off accordingly with a liberty to complainant to submit a fresh claim  application  before the Nodal Officer i.e. Sub Divisional Officer (C), Barara under due provision of the scheme. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
