ORDER

Order dt.07/11/1996 Complainant is present. Respondent is also present. Respondent undertakes to return the stamp paper of the value of Rs.10/- subject to filing an application by the complainant. The complainant has agreed to withdraw this complaint subject to the returning of the stamp paper of the value of Rs.10/-. Hence, we pass the following order. The respondent is directed to return the stamp paper worth Rs.10/- to the complainant and the complainant is directed to file return application to the respondent.
